We were really eager to try out the Ab Circle Pro after seeing that this particular equipment was not really getting great reviews on Amazon. Was it really that bad or were people just expecting too much? Well, we had to wait three days to answer that question ourselves. The box arrived at our doorstep, and it wasn’t all that large, considering the fact that the Ab Circle Pro comes pre-assembled. It was easy to fit together and we found that the instructions could not have been clearer. A few screws here and a few nuts there was all that it needed. A step by step installation guide ensured that we never got lost during the setup. While preparing for our Ab circle Pro review, we decided to test out three things – durability, resistance and usability.

First up, during the build we did notice that the build quality is a little on the low side with many parts made from low weight plastic and metals feeling lighter. There are many other alternatives on Amazon that cost three times more than the Ab Circle and still do not last a year, so considering that this machine costs so little, having a poorer build quality than a gym grade equipment is something that we thought was not something to be worried about. A few Amazon reviews also suggested that the rollers had a tendency to crack within a month or so. However, the manufacturer covers these rollers in their guarantee and in fact specifically mention free replacement of certain moving parts under warranty. We called up the number given on Amazon, 1-800-983-6905 and were surprised to find that they actually give the roller and its accompanying parts as an upgrade package for all Ab Circle Pro customers on demand through the entire warranty period. At $88 or so, the Ab Circle may not be too durable, but at least it does not cost anything to replace aging and failing parts.

The next item on our test list was resistance. For those who never exercise, the first level of resistance is just perfect to get started. As we cranked up to level two, we started to feel pressure developing on the thighs and bums along with the stress on the abdomen region. Over the next couple of weeks we gradually moved up to the last level of resistance, which was just as exhausting but highly rewarding too. An Amazon Ab Circle Pro reviewer actually said that as you increase resistance levels, it becomes more fun to use it.

Coming to the usability, the device is designed to accommodate just about anyone of any weight or height. Because you only lock your knees and hands onto the swinging base while crouched on your limbs, a seven foot person can also work on their abs. Its fold able design makes it easy to store away in a cramped storage shed or cabinet and even under the bed. It takes hardly a minute to assemble and even less to dismantle it. All in all, we benefited from a comprehensive abdominal region workout that can only be matched from more expensive equipment. For the price, we honestly can’t find any faults, as the Ab Circle Pro is purposefully built to tone your abs – and that it most definitely does.

The Ab Circle pro is a perfect workout machine for those who either lack the time to visit a gym daily or who are very conscious about purchasing gym quality abdomen exercise machines. Either way, it’s something that will give great service for at least one year. If you purchase an extended warranty from Amazon you actually end up getting free replacement parts for two years instead of one. Yes, there are minor complications with the system pertaining to its durability but its no reason not to give the Ab Circle Pro a try. The Ab Circle Pro offers a comprehensive abdominal workout that really gets your abs burning and toned. While you may need to ring the manufacturers a couple of times to get replacement wheels, the Ab Circle Pro is highly effective in building the abdominal area (which is what it’s intended to do). After only a few weeks, you should begin to see extremely effective results, and for that reason, we’re rating the Ab Circle Pro a well-deserved 5/5 rating.
